Photo Challenge – Persimmon


This week’s One Word Photo Challenge is Persimmon. I’ll take this literally, and not just as a color. I made a couple of trips up to the persimmon trees along Cutter Road this fall. I made persimmon pancakes and persimmon corn bread from my take. Delicious. Here’s what wild persimmons look like.
